DURABILITY
• The ARMET shell is made from impact-resistant ABS, dyed in the mass for the injected version. It is lightweight, strong, and impact-resistant.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
The 2-year warranty associated with the ARMET helmet offers protection in case of premature deterioration or manufacturing defects such as a broken chinstrap or damaged decorative elements. If an issue arises, please contact us to determine the necessary steps for repair, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Repairs will be carried out in compliance with current safety standards, ensuring the helmet’s reliability and quality. Charges may vary depending on the estimate provided.
The ARMET helmet warranty does not apply in case of non-compliance with usage and maintenance recommendations, nor in case of repairs or modifications made by the user or any company other than the manufacturer. Any warranty is excluded in case of negligence or normal wear and tear.
IN CASE OF A FALL
• The ARMET helmet comes with a warranty that includes a complete product inspection, carried out in accordance with EN1384:2023 standards and EU Regulation 2016/425. If irreparable damage is found on the helmet*, it will be replaced in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. This warranty is valid only within 365 days of the date of purchase.
• The cost of the inspection depends on the helmet range. A repair quote will be sent before the product is received. If only external parts (visor, liner, stickers) need replacement, this will be detailed in the estimate.
